See-Through Hemlines.

Knees have been the best accessory of late, as celebrities played peek-a-boo in see through hemlines.
Rooney Mara led the trend in a caped balenciaga creation as Amy Adams followed her foot steps in a striped David Koma ensemble for the Los Angeles premiere of American Hustle. At the premiere of her film “The Invisible Woman,” Felicity Jones added a pop of colour to her Dior design with shocking pink pumps while Downton Abbey actress Laura Carmichael went strapless in Richard Nicoll for the New York screening of the show’s season premiere.

Sheer Sleeves.

It’s no secret sheer is having a huge moment right now. In fact, it has migrated from dress cut outs to winter friendly tights – and now entire sleeves. Jennifer Hudson sported the trend in a little black dress at the N.Y.C premiere of Black Nativity and Kelly Osbourne followed suit. Taylor Swift stepped up the sheer sleeve game altogether by sporting the fabric in a maroon shade at the Weinstein Company holiday party, Keira Knightley re-vamped her Chanel couture wedding dress by wearing a sheer sleeve top inside and Paula Patton whore the little white dress to the Spirit Film Awards announcement.
Sheer sleeves are a more updated and modern take on the perennial sheer trend for fall 2013.

A trend spotted on the fall runways of Milan and London, this throw back trend has steadily gained momentum in Hollywood, and now that Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Portman have stepped out in off-the-shoulder frocks, they are definitely a thing. Jennifer Lawrence has worn several off-the-shoulder Christian Dior creations one with an asymmetric hem for the Hunger Games: Catching Fire premieres while both Kate Beckinsale and Amy Adams chose Gucci off-the-shoulder dresses for the LACMA gala.

If off-the-shoulder dresses are not your thing, try an off-the-shoulder top over black trousers like Natalie Portman or a jumpsuit.
