One of the top trends to come down the summer/spring 2014 runways last fall was super-saturated, poppy-colored lipstick. So, it was only a matter of time before some of our favourite celebrities busted out their brightest, boldest lip colours to celebrate spring being just around the corner. Three stars opted for a coral hue, and it’s getting us in the mood to refresh our makeup case.

From left, Krysten Ritter went for a true orange in a glossy formulation at the Veronica Mars premiere. Her costar in the film, Kristen Bell chose a more sheer, peachy version of the bold hue and balanced it with blush in the same shade. And finally, Lauren Conrad went for a high-shine, slick magenta-tinted orange to match her tangerine top.

Deep Purple.

From Victoria Beckham to Suki Waterhouse, celebrities are stepping out in deep purple tones. First spotted on Victoria Beckham in a white pencil skirt with purple jumper during New York Fashion Week Fall 2014, this purple tone is making quite the impression for Spring. At the Berlinale Film Festival premiere of Nymphomaniac, Uma Thurman paired her black gown with a furry purple shrug. Models Suki Waterhouse and Cara Delevingne were both seen in this gorgeous hue at separate ocassions; Suki Waterhouse at the Elle Style Awards and Cara at the Mulberry party during London Fashion in a purple pantsuit while Georgia May Jagger took in the Simon Goa AW14 show in a short black dress with a purple jacket.
